ARISTA R2 ARISTA R2 series UV inks designed for large-format industrial Roll To Roll printers and hybrid printers. The use of UV inks from this series ensures minimal ink consumption, and consequently - significantly reduces printing costs. Arista R2 inks use high-quality pigment, which allows for obtaining saturated colors with fewer transitions, which in turn increases the printer's efficiency at no additional cost. Active binders and plasticizers provide excellent adhesion to roll materials unlike most inks with similar properties. ARISTA R2 series UV inks are fully compatible with printheads with droplets from 6 to 80 pl. Konica Minolta КМ 1024, КМ 1024i, KM 1600, Ricoh Gen 4, Gen 5 (MH5420, MH5440), Gen 6 (MH5320, MH5340), Fuji Samba, StarFire, Sapphire, Seiko SPT 510/ 1020, Spectra 128 / 256, Toshiba CA4W/CE4/CE8. Arista R2 ink is characterized by high flexibility and extensibility.
ARISTA U Arista U ink is dedicated to flatbed and hybrid printers using UV LED or UV printing technology. The technologically advanced formula allows for the hardening of the print under UV and LED lamps. One of the important features of Arista U is the yellow color which has a rich pigment in dark orange, but during printing a pure saturated yellow color is obtained. The pigment used in this series allows for obtaining a light yellow color with a small number of passes and low ink consumption. At up to 900 dpi print resolution, the Arista U uses on average 15-20% less ink than competitive solutions. ARISTA U enables high-quality printing with high adhesion on materials not intended for direct digital printing – glass, wood, metal, fabrics, MDF, acrylic, plastics, etc. ARISTA U series UV inks are fully compatible with printheads with droplets from 5 to 50 pl Konica Minolta КМ 1024, КМ 1024i, KM 1600, Ricoh Gen 4, Gen 5 (MH5420, MH5440), Gen 6 (MH5320, MH5340), Fuji Samba, StarFire, Sapphire, Seiko SPT 510/ 1020, Spectra 128 / 256, Toshiba CA4W/CE4/CE8.
ATOMIC V2 it's ink UV-LED for printing on rolls and rigid flat LED-cured materials. ATOMIC V2 provide high-speed curing and excellent adhesion to a wide range of flat materials, including polystyrene, acrylic, corrugated cardboard, and metals. When printing on glass and some similar media KAO CHIMIGRAF recommends using primers to improve adhesion. Inks ATOMIC V2, after the ink has completely cured, have good abrasion resistance and show high resistance to chemicals. The ink is also suitable for printing on roll materials such as: self-adhesive vinyl film, banner, PET film, etc., in cases where the material is not stretched and increased print flexibility is not required. The ink is compatible with a wide range of print heads, many manufacturers: KONICA MINOLTA, SEIKO, FUJIFILM DIMATIX, RICOH, TOSHIBA-TEC and XAAR. Manufacturer -KAO CHIMIGRAF (Spain)
COSMIC – these are inks cured with UV LED light using the most innovative acrylic-based formulas developed in the KAO CHIMIGRAF laboratories. COSMIC series inks are optimized for UV light curing in LED technology, with a fast curing process. Tests have shown that after complete curing, COSMIC series inks are highly resistant to both mechanical and chemical damage. COSMIC series inks are suitable for printing on flexible and rigid materials for general use: PVC, PET, PETG, PC, etc. For low adhesion materials such as methacrylate or PP, we recommend using an appropriate primer. COSMIC series inks are suitable for small droplet printheads ranging from 3 to 6 pico-litres that have an ink heating system. Cosmic is dedicated primarily to Kyocera KJ4A heads.
Designed for large format UV plotters, OCE Arizona and Fujifilm Acuity. KAO Chimigraf Uvica is a "Plug & Print" ink, i.e. it is fully chemically compatible with the original UV ink for these printers and therefore does not require time-consuming cleaning (rinsing) of the device before changing the color. Uvica inks are characterized by the highest quality of processing and a very favorable price. The inks are distinguished by very high stability, shortened fixation time, and also provide very good adhesion on various substrates. An additional advantage of KAO Chimigraf Uvica Arz inks for Oce Arizona printers is their high resistance to external factors - this is due to special pigments that ensure durability for two years after printing. Uvica inks are available in 2 liter bags and 1 liter packages.

The difference between Impact and Impression:
"Impression" – Flexible ink, for roll and hybrid printers. It is very flexible on roll materials.
"Impact" – “Rigit” type ink, for flat and hybrid printers. It has good adhesion on flat materials.
As for hybrid printers: The customer decides which ink to choose, it depends on what he prints on more - roll media or flat media.
The new Chimigraf inks from the "Cyclone" series are a continuation of the "success story" of European origin which accompanies the polyphagous market already throughout Europe, and thanks to Color Laboratory MD, they also have a strong representative on the Polish market, winning the OOH Magazine Gold Medal in 2017 - last year Cyclone's "older" brother, Chimigraf Energy, won this award.
Printing houses looking for an extremely wide range of ink applications for, among others, hybrid printers, this information is for you! We remind you that we are dealing with printing on soft substrates such as banners, tarpaulins, backlit, foils, wallpapers, various types of fabrics where high flexibility of the ink is required, a big distinguishing feature in printing on rigid, hard substrates such as cardboard, cartons, wood, foam, acrylic, plexiglass, plasterboard but also glass, metal and sheet metal is high adhesion on these media. It is here that the new "Cyclone" series attracted our attention. . In addition to the very well-known CMYK+White configuration in the world of UV LED printing and additional options for those requiring a wider range of offers for their customers, including 3D effects using Varnish, for even better results in color, Light Magenta and Light Cyan are most often available. A number of printers using Cyclone enrich their assortment with Light Yellow and Light Black, creating Light CMYK in one line.
