Printer GEMAC PROFIJET REFLION 5000 UV is an advanced industrial device with a large working area of 5000 mm, designed for printing in LED UV technology. It is equipped with industrial Kyocera heads in a 4×2 arrangement, and can alternatively be configured with Ricoh or Konica Minolta heads. The printer offers various printing speed modes, adapted to production requirements, from "Draft" mode (145 m²/h) to high quality mode (56 m²/h) with a resolution exceeding 726×2400 dpi.
The printer uses piezoelectric printing technology with Gray Scale technology, which allows for precise control of color intensity. It supports CMYK, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, as well as white and varnish (optional). The ink tank holds 2.5 liters, and the printing system is supported by software such as Onyx, Colorgate, Photoprint22 and Caldera.
Printer GEMAC PROFIJET REFLION 5000 UV is compatible with a variety of materials, including vinyl, PET film, synthetic paper and banners. Thanks to the vacuum system and four independent vacuum zones, efficient printing on media of different dimensions is possible. Additionally, the device is equipped with UV LED lamp modules ensuring fast material fixation and an ink level sensor with an alarm.
The printer dimensions are 7940 mm (L) x 1600 mm (W) x 2050 mm (H), and its weight is 5500 kg. It is powered by 200-240 VAC, which ensures its stable operation at a temperature of 20 to 30 ° C and a relative humidity of 35 to 75%. The printer has a 12-month warranty.
